Support Services
Making a Difference
Through livelihood Support program we support widows and orphans who require immediate help in terms of provision of food and shelter. This help is provided to them till the time they are able to live an independent life through various skill development programs. When the primary bread winner of the family is absent then children are forced to step out of the house to earn their living. Hence through this support system they are able to freely go to school and fullfill their dreams.
Education & Outreach
Girls are our Focus
About 27.6 million people live below the poverty line. Out of which 1.8 crores are children without any education and nourishment. Many of them are girls who dream to go to school but due to family pressure, financial need or society conditions they are deprived from right to education. In turn they grow up as uneducated women and mothers. This does not break the cycle of poverty but makes it vicious. Thereby making them to live a life which has no solution.
We all are here to make a difference! To build these children up. To give them a hope and a future.
We here at Ek Neev are pouring our best to reach out the dropped out girls who could not study further. We are also supporting the girls from poor families who needs financial backing to soar high.

Women Empowerment
A Life of Dignity
More than ever women need to be built up. There had been a huge practice of honor killing. The girl if brings shame to the family it is considered best to be killed in order to save the reputation of the family. There are communities even from literate backgrounds where a girl child is killed right after birth. Most of the girls are married off early. In spite of being talented they end up with less or no education. Hence after marriage they financially depend on their husbands.
Through this we can clearly see the scarcity of education among the women in India. The shame of divorce and abuse which they face is indescribable. The parents must be educated and made to understand that it’s absolutely fine to come back home if they are in a torching relationship. Unfortunately, many women even from educated back ground are not able to stay with their parents due to the fear of the society or they are considered to be a person who brings “bad luck.” There is only one reason and that is she is a “Woman”. The weaker vessel.
In working field, the number of wages which a male laborer gets is always more than the women. Thereby we can gaze the clear discrimination of genders.
We at Ek- Neev have taken up the baton to support the women who had lost hope and joy in their lives. We are here empowering them with the manure of love and acceptance and give wings to their dreams.
There are many who are looking just for one ray of hope. A chance where selfless hearts can trust their caliber and show them the way which leads to a tomorrow where there will be no abuse, no beatings, no shame but eyes beaming with joy and a mouth full of laughter.
